Bubble Up was first made the same year as our popcorn truck, 1917! It was produced by the Sweet Valley Products Company in Ohio. Subsequently, it was owned by the Bubble Up Company in Chicago. I think this is why Bubble Up is very popular in this part of the county, many people come into the store with decades of memories sipping Bubble Up after a baseball game.It tastes very similar to 7-Up, but Bubble Up predates 7-Up by about 10 years! The tag line... "A kiss of Lemon, A kiss of Lime".
